I made healthy coconut balls! Seriously, one is so filling! and only approximately 100 calories each (depending on size)
- 2 egg whites - 1 and 1-3 cups unsweetened shredded coconut - 2 tbsp honey - 1 tbsp lime juice
1. Whisk egg whites until light and fluffy 2. Add remaining ingredients 3. Form into balls 4. Bake at 250 for 10-15 minutes Enjoy! :)
